Hikaru Utada’s new album doing well in the U.S.

Singer and songwriter Hikaru Utada, 26, broke a record for Japanese artists this week when her second album in English – “This is The One” – entered the charts on Apple’s iTunes Music Store at No. 19, the first time an album by a Japanese artist has entered the online store’s rankings in the top 100.

KAT-TUN Romeo to Julieta

KAT-TUN’s Ueda Tatsuya will play Romeo in a stageshow.The role of Juliet will be play by Kobayashi Ryoko,the tow actors held a press conferince. This is Ueda’s firs she experiance,to prepare for this show,he went  to England last week to visit  Shakespeare’s grave were  he sais he left a note saying “I am  Japanese Romeo”.

Ueda is the second person in Johnnys to play Romeo, fallowing Nigashiyama Noriyuki who played  Romeo 5 years a go.

Namie Amuro to perform in Coca Cola’s new TV commercial

Singer Namie Amuro, 31, will appear in Coca Cola’s new TV commercial, singing her new single “Wild,” as part of the beverage maker’s “Wild Health” campaign. In the new Coca Cola Zero’s TV commercial, Amuro performs a wild dance to show off her healthy body.
